Raw land, ready for what's next
Most building plans in Santa Rosa County start with a wooded or overgrown lot. Land clearing is the first step: opening up the spot for the house, shop, barn or pasture so the rest of the project can get started.
We look at the property with you, talk through what you're building and where, and clear what needs clearing. If part of the lot only needs thinning, we can mulch that section instead and save you the cost of a full clear.
What we clear
- Homesites and new construction lots
- Shop, barn and outbuilding pads
- Driveway and access cuts
- Overgrown acreage and pasture
- Fence lines and property lines
Clearing and grading together
Once the lot is open, the next step is usually grading. Because we do both, there's one crew and one quote from brush to finished grade, with no waiting on a second contractor to show up. See site grading.
A fair price you can count on
We give you a straight quote after walking the property. No gouging and no surprise add-ons. If the job runs longer than we planned, that's on us.
Where we work
Based in Milton and working across Santa Rosa County, including Pace, Navarre, Jay, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola and nearby. See our service area.
